Lentil + chestnut pasta with asia-springonion-salad

Preparation
- Wash and peel the vegetables. Cut into small strips. Cut the chili pepper into small rings. Fry in hot oil and set aside.
- Boil the noodles according to instructions on packet in salted water. Strain and chill with cold water to stop the cooking process.
- Wash the sprouts. Wash and drain the chives and cut into small rolls.
- For the dressing: Stir all ingredients to a homogeneous dressing. Season with soy sauce and pepper.
- Marinate the noodles, vegetables, sprouts and chives with dressing. If necessary, season with soy sauce and pepper. Sprinkle with sesame and serve.

Also tasty as a tepid variant.Ingredients [2-3 servings]
- 300 g Lentil + chestnut pasta
- 450 g colorful vegetables (e.g. bell peppers, sugar pees, pointed cabbage)
- 1 chili pepper
- 4 tbsp. sesame oil
- 25 g sprouts
- ½ bunch chives
- 2 tbsp. Sesame, roasted
For the dressing:
- 2 cm ginger, grated
- 4 tbsp. balsamic bianco
- 4 tbsp. rice vinegar
- 2 tsp. soy sauce
- 4 tbsp. sesame oil
- 2 tsp. agave syrup
- Pepper
