Pan-Fried Colorful Bell Peppers Spaetzle


Ingredients

4 Servings
  • 350 g Bechtle Spaetzle Homestyle
  • ½ onion
  • 400 g colorful bell peppers
  • 200 g button mushroom
  • 200 g swiss chard
  • Oil for frying
  • 100 ml vegetable broth
  • 250 ml cream
  • Salt, pepper
  • smoked spices

Topping

  • 4 EL roasted nuts (e.g. cashews)

Preparation

  1. Prepare the noodles according to packaging instructions. Strain the noodles and rinse shortly with cold water.
  2. Wash and cut the vegetables into small pieces. Add to the pan and quickly fry in some heated oil.
  3. Add the noodles to the vegetables and stir them with the vegetables. Deglaze with vegetable broth. Add cream, season with spices and bring to the boil.
  4. Serve the Spaetzle-frying pan with roasted nuts.
